Spread on a toasted baguette or Elki cracker; toss with hot or cold pasta dishes; use with seafood, chicken, vegetables, as a bread dipper, panini spread or in your favorite omelet or mix in your mashed potatoes.
Spinach & Artichoke Dip Mix 1 jar Elki's Artichoke Lemon Pesto, 10oz chopped spinach (defrosted/towel dried); 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 cup fresh grated parmesan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup grated parmesan on top, bake in oven proof glass dish at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Grilled Shrimp & Cilantro Pizza Spread Elki's Cilantro Pesto, to taste, over cooked pizza crust, top with goat cheese, grilled shrimp, toasted pine nuts, sundried tomatoes & purple onions. Bake at 375°F until cheese melts.
