Shipping Information

ELKI's Corporate Headquarters is located in Everett, Washington and all orders will ship from our warehouse at this location via United Parcel Service (UPS).  All orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order, Monday - Thursday.  Orders received Friday through Sunday, will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.  UPS estimates all orders to arrive in 2-8 business days, depending on your location in the United States.  If you need your order to arrive on a specific day, please contact us directly at 1.425.261.1002 to place your order.  *Most orders ship the next day and will arrive in 1-6 business days.

Shipping Temperature Sensitive Products
Some of our products are not tolerant to Freezing temperatures, therefore we DO NOT ship these products in freezing conditions.  We will contact you immediately if there is any issue regarding temperatures when we receive your order.  Please include your phone number(s) and email with your orders so we can contact you.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and all International Locations
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii ship 2nd Day Air ($15 surcharge applies).  This charge will NOT show up when you check out, however it will be included on your final invoice which we will email to you, along with your tracking information, as soon as your order ships.

Expedited Delivery
We do offer expedited delivery options. For expedited shipping rates please contact Customer Service at 425-261-1002.
Expedited orders must be received by 1:00 pm PST and are guaranteed for in-stock items only.
Expedited orders received Friday, after 1:00 pm PST, as well as orders received Saturday and Sunday, will ship Monday.
There will be no expedited orders processed on December 23rd, December 24th and December 31st.
